In 2003 our company begins as a small enterprise called Mun Xin Enterprise doing wholesale business in soft drinks and beer beverages like the F&N Coca Cola , Guinness Anchor Berhad, Carlsberg Malaysia Berhad and Yeo Hiap Seng Trading Berhad. The enterprise was managed by a hardworking and self-driven person called Raymond Lee Wen Mun.
In the same year, a professional Chartered Accountant named Mr Michael Chai Keat Voon, a former National Accounting Manager of F&N Coca Cola (M) Sdn Bhd came out of his corporate career to search for business opportunity. He joined Sin Joo Guan Distribution Sdn Bhd based in KL Selayang as a Finance Director. He was also a minority equity shareholder in the Company. The Sin Joo Guan Distribution Sdn Bhd was a very respectable F&N Coca Cola Distributor in 2003 – 2007.
In 2005, the New Zealand Milk (M) Sdn Bhd, now known as Fonterra Brands (M) Sdn Bhd was looking for a Distributor for the Central Region. It was this business opportunity that has brought Mr Raymond Lee Wen Mun and Mr Michael Chai Keat Voon to incorporate Mun Xin Sdn Bhd on 22nd June, 2004.
The two co-founders started from a RM2.00 paid up company to now a RM5,000,000-00 fully issued and paid capital Company. The Company latest FY2016 results posted a turnover of RM73.1 million and have a total assets of RM32.9 Million.
Our humble history begins and the milestones are shown below:-
Mun Xin Sdn Bhd Sdn Bhd was incorporated under the Companies Act, 1965 Malaysia on the 22nd of June, 2004.
Our Core business is in the distribution and trading of dairy food and nutritional beverages, beauty, personal health care , baby diapers and household consumer products
Our business research and development product team will progressively work with our marketing sales team, valued business partners and customers to innovate and improve our product and service quality in term of market competitiveness. We will continue to work closely with all our Brands owners and or new potential brand owners to distribute their category of products in our distribution market channels in Malaysia.

Mun Xin Sdn Bhd was appointed by Fonterra Brands (M) Sdn Bhd as exclusive distributor for 60% of Selangor Darul Ehsan.
Mun Xin Sdn Bhd was appointed by New Zealand Milk (M) Sdn Bhd ( now known as Fonterra Brands (M) Sdn Bhd ) as the official Distributor for Cheras and Kajang territory.

Mun Xin Sdn Bhd holds two major distributorship i.e. Fonterra Brands (M) Sdn Bhd and Disposable Soft Goods (M) Sdn Bhd.
Yee Lee Marketing Sdn Bhd appointed Mun Xin Sdn Bhd as official Sub-Distributor for it’s Spritzer Mineral Water, Cactus, Tinge, Red Bull and Ribena beverages products. (The Sub-Distributorship ceased in April, 2016 on an amicable and mutual basis).
Fonterra Brands (M) Sdn Bhd appointed Mun Xin Sdn Bhd as the official Distributor for it’s Chilled and Frozen Dairy products in Negeri Sembilan, Malacca and District of Muar in Johore.

Our distribution sales channel covers the Central region in which includes Selangor Darul Ehsan, Negeri Sembilan, Malacca and District of Muar in Johor.
We currently service a total outlet universe of approximately 2,963 outlets in general trade, local independent supermarket, schools and convenient chain stores and International Key Accounts like Aeon, Aeon Big, Giant, Tesco and Mydin Supermarkets in Negeri Sembilan, Malacca and District of Muar in Johor.
Our current delivery fleet comprised of 21 units of 1-Ton and 3-Tons lorries. The other warehousing and logistics assets include 4 units of Forklifts and reach Trucks. The present delivery fleet is capable of servicing the Selangor Darul Ehsan, Negeri Sembilan, Malacca and Muar District of Johore territory respectively.

Our Malacca Warehouse and Distribution Centre is located at No.12, Jalan Industri TMP 9, Taman Perindustrian Tanjong Minyak Perdana, 75260 Melacca.
This facility warehouse and distribution centre has a total land area of 12,800 sq. ft. This Semi-Detach Single Storey building has an Administration and Sales Operations office. The warehouse space capacity is approximate 12,000 sq. ft. It has a chilled room size 14ft x 20 ft to store our Fonterra Brands (M) Sdn Bhd chilled and frozen dairy products.
Our Seremban Warehouse and Distribution Centre is located at No.31, Jalan S2 C2, Green Technology Park, Seremban 2, 70300 Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
This facility warehouse and distribution centre has a total land area of 4,800 sq. ft. This 2 Storey building has an Administration and Sales Operations office. The warehouse space capacity is approximate 3,600 sq. ft with a full 3 level racking system of which can house 200 pallets space. It has a chilled room size 12ft x 16 ft to store our Fonterra Brands (M) Sdn Bhd chilled and frozen dairy products.

Our Warehouse and Distribution Centre is located at Lot.836 ( Unit A & B ), Jalan Dagang 10, Taman Dagang Jaya, 68000 Ampang Selangor Darul Ehsan. This facility warehouse and distribution Centre has a total land area of 40,000 sq ft. This 2 Storey Building has an Administration, Sales Operations and show room office space of 18,576 sq. ft. The warehouse space capacity is approximately 18,000 sq ft equipped with a full 4 level racking system of which can house 1,000 pallets space.
